Installed capacity of the company

Currently, our company has 8 warehouses totaling 15,000 m², located at Francisco Villa 27, Jardines de Xalostoc, 55330 Ecatepec de Morelos, Mexico. This is the home of our headquarters and our service center, where approximately 150 workers between office and plant personnel work.

We distribute master coils in their original weight or as required by our customers. In addition, we have advanced machinery for the production of sheet metal, tapes, industrial pipe (with seams), angle steel and construction materials such as Steel Deck, as well as corrugated sheets KR-18, R-101 and R-72. We also distribute rebar.

Production Equipment

The levelers are used for the cutting and leveling of sheet, eliminating the memory of the products coming from the roll. This process does not affect the mechanical properties of the material, ensuring a high quality final product.

The manual shearing machine allows a precise cut of steel sheets or blanks. This cut is achieved by applying mechanical force through blades, resulting in a clean cut without heat generation, which keeps the material properties intact.

Slitters convert large rolls into smaller rolls, ribbons or specific widths according to customer needs. This process ensures that the material can be adapted to different applications.

Pipe mills manufacture seam welded pipe in various specifications, such as diameter, gauge and length, according to our customers’ requirements.

Pipe cutters are used to cut the pipes produced in the mills to smaller lengths as required. This process is performed by a rotary cutter, ensuring accurate and efficient cuts.

This equipment produces Camero Angle tapes with rib, mainly used in the construction industry and in structural applications.

Steel Deck 25-36 “Losacero” Machine

This machine is designed for the fabrication of deck-type metal slabs, offering an efficient solution for the construction of roofs and mezzanines.

Equipment used for the production of metal panels in specific formats, ideal for construction applications.

Machine KR-18

This machine is portable and can be taken to the construction site, allowing the fabrication of metal panels directly at the construction site, which optimizes time and resources.

We deliver throughout Mexico, ensuring that our products reach you efficiently and on time.

Equipment for internal material movements

We have the necessary equipment to perform loading and unloading maneuvers efficiently. This includes forklifts with a capacity of up to 15 tons and cranes that support up to 20 tons, ensuring safe and effective handling of materials.

Tongue and groove: Capacity of 8 to 9 tons, ideal for lighter loads.

Torton type truck: 15 ton capacity, perfect for transporting larger volume sheet metal.

In addition, if you require greater capacity, we have the service of external freight forwarders that offer the rental of additional units or trailers up to 25 tons.

Contamos con el equipo necesario para realizar maniobras de carga y descarga de manera eficiente. Esto incluye montacargas con capacidad de hasta 15 toneladas y grúas que soportan hasta 20 toneladas, asegurando un manejo seguro y efectivo de los materiales.

Hacemos entregas en todo México

Rabones: Capacidad de 8 a 9 toneladas, ideales para cargas más ligeras.

Camión tipo Torton: Capacidad de 15 toneladas, perfecto para transportar lámina de mayor volumen.

Además, si requieres mayor capacidad, contamos con el servicio de fleteras externas que ofrecen la renta de unidades adicionales o traileras de hasta 25 toneladas.
